Smart time capture for teams on the move.
ClockWise turns any phone into a site clock-in kiosk — QR scan, biometric confirm, GPS-verified — and rolls every shift straight into a live payroll dashboard your admins will actually enjoy using.
Everything payroll admins wish clock-in software did.
No badge readers, no manual timesheets, no "which site was this again?" — just a phone and a QR code.
QR site clock-in
Every work site gets its own printable QR code. Scanning it in the app confirms exactly where — and instantly — a shift started.
Biometric confirmation
Face ID or fingerprint — the phone's own OS prompt — confirms the enrolled owner is the one clocking in, no buddy-punching.
Geofenced entries
Capture GPS at the moment of scan and flag shifts clocked in outside a site's radius — automatically, no manual review needed.
Live payroll dashboard
Regular vs. overtime hours, per employee, per site, updating every 60 seconds — with one click to export a payroll-ready CSV.
Role-based access
Org admins, payroll admins, and site supervisors each see exactly what their role needs — enforced server-side, not just hidden in the UI.
Multi-site by design
Add sites in seconds, rotate a compromised QR without breaking active shifts, and see every location in one summary view.
Shift scheduling & leave management
Build the roster, and employees request leave straight from their phone. Absent Record automatically tells a true no-show apart from someone on approved leave.
Payroll runs & digital payslips
Generate a payroll run per pay period, pick a payslip template and pay frequency, then finalize it — employees see and download their own payslip the moment it's ready, right from the app.
One product, three interfaces.
Employees clock in from their phone or a shared kiosk device at the site entrance. Admins manage payroll from the web. Same data, live, everywhere.
Payroll admins get the whole picture.
- Filter by site, employee, department, and date range
- Absent Record separates true no-shows from approved leave, automatically
- Build shift rosters and approve leave requests from one Scheduling tab
- Generate payroll runs, pick a payslip template, and finalize a pay period in a few clicks
- Flagged and overtime entries surface without digging
- Export CSV or PDF in one click
Employees just scan and go.
- Point the camera at the site's QR code
- Confirm identity with Face ID or fingerprint
- GPS is captured automatically at scan time
- Check upcoming shifts and request leave, right from the phone
- View and download finalized payslips as a PDF, right in the app
One shared device at the entrance, no phone required.
- Employees enter their employee code on the kiosk
- A fingerprint confirms it's really them, no buddy-punching
- The kiosk's own location confirms the site automatically
- Same live payroll data as the app and dashboard
Live in an afternoon, not a quarter.
Add your sites
Create each work site, set an optional geofence radius, and print the generated QR code.
Invite your team
Employees self-register or admins provision accounts directly — approve access in one click.
Post the QR code
Stick it at the site entrance. Employees scan it with the app to clock in and out.
Export payroll
Filter by date and site, then export a CSV ready for whatever payroll software you already use.
Good questions, straight answers.
Does biometric confirmation store a photo of my employees?
No. Face ID / fingerprint calls the phone's own OS biometric prompt to confirm the enrolled device owner — the same one that unlocks the phone. ClockWise never captures, uploads, or stores a photo.
What happens if a site's QR code is lost or copied?
Rotate it from the Work Sites admin screen in one click. The old code stops working immediately and a fresh one is ready to print — no impact on shifts already in progress.
Can supervisors see payroll for sites they don't manage?
No. Role-based access is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the UI — a site supervisor only ever sees their own site's dashboard.
Does it work without signal at remote sites?
Offline queueing for low-connectivity sites is on our near-term roadmap — reach out if that's a blocker for your rollout and we'll prioritize accordingly.
